At TCG Best Value Collectibles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the original packaging is included to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn apparel and accessories into the original shipping box, ensuring all branded tags and protective materials are intact.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the condition of your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
